The official recalled that there was better rapport and understanding during the negotiations that were being held in Tanzania; He said that the government is working to expand this environment in the second round of negotiations to achieve sustainable peace.
The head of the communication office urged that any political force should learn from the mistakes it has made in the past and take advantage of the opportunity for dialogue and negotiation to come to the path of peace.
The head also asked the peace dew elements that are moving to hinder the peace negotiations that have been started to restore the peace of our people and our country and to prevent it from reaching its goal.
They called upon the religious leaders, abbots, elders, scholars, and the entire peace-loving Ethiopian people to contribute to the successful completion of the negotiations.
It can be recalled that the first round of negotiations between the Oromo Liberation Army and the Federal Government was held in Zanzibar, an autonomous island in Tanzania, under the auspices of Kenya and Tanzania.
